Payment & Cancellation

1. Deposit & Payment
** Upon confirmation of a reservation, you are required to deposit 30% of the tour cost within 3 days of booking confirmation. The rest of package tour price should be paid not less than 30 days prior to departure.
** If a booking is requested less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and confirmed, full payment is required before booking is processed.
** Payment can be made by: Credit card, bank transfer.
- Credit card: an additional charge of 3% will be added for Visa / Master Card and 3.5% for American Express.
- Bank transfer: all bank service charges (as may be applied by your bank and intermediate bank) are born by the payer.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler
** If you cancel the tour, the cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive your email confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30%
- Cancellations made from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50%
- Late cancellations made less than 14 days or no show: 100%

3. Cancellation by us
** We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. **If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
